Lhabab Duichen (देव अवतरण दिवस) Sojong practice details are as follows:

Sojong practice will be presided by Ven. Khenpo Legshe Ngoidup and supported by Kaji Lama

Timetable: 0730 – Assemble     0800 – Eight vows delivered by Khenpola & practice continues    |    1100 – Veg lunch Break   |                    1200 – Practice recommences   |    1500 – Guru blessings

Venue: Palri Ling, 171 Beaver Road, Ashford, Kent, TN23 7SG

*Special instruction: It is a One-day (one-meal) fasting practice, therefore, please do not eat any solid food before coming to the temple. Wear loose clothings as you will be seating whole day on the floor. Rest of the details will be delivered by Khenpola later.
